Son's River Ranch is our largest property — 150 acres in Kingsbury with a full half-mile of frontage on the San Marcos River. The size is the point: family reunions, multi-cabin trips, and big group floats finally get room to breathe. Pick a section of the bank that's yours for the day, fire up a BBQ, and let the kids actually run.

Day-use vs. overnight

Day passes get you the river, the shuttle, and the common areas from late morning to early evening. Overnight stays add cabanas, safari cabins, glamping tents, or campsites and let you watch the property quiet down after the day crowd leaves. Booking an overnight? Getting here
